Shipping and Delivery

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via registered post. You might like to consider having the goods shipped to your workplace to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.
Online Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Anna Hoffmann purchase....if you need to exchange or return an item in original condition you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. Simply email us at info@annahoffmanndesign.com and we will advise an authoristion number for your return.
You are welcome to return online purchases by post within 7 days of receiving your order. Please enclose 1 copy of your original receipt together with the merchandise and mail using the enclosed address label to:

As Anna Hoffmann is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we ask that you return any items using registered mail in the box in which they were shipped. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@annahoffmanndesign.com within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
